Check-In

Check in's are after 2PM and for late check in self check-in option is also available.

Late check-in (after 7:00pm) without prior (24hours) notice may incur a fee of $20.

We do take walk ins.

Check-Out

Check-out ends at 10am (unless with prior agreement).

Late check out is subject to availability and is charged at $10/hour up to a maximum of 2-hours.

Cancellation/prepayment

Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of total nights accommodation.

If guests are paying by CASH, MCM Motel requires a $200 cash deposit.

Children and extra beds

Children are FREE when using existing beds.

Policies

NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS USE and NO SOLICITING.

Any occupants, who do not comply with company policy will incur a penalty of $250.00 plus any addition charges over and above this value. Management will have discretion over all of the following as well as the ability to remove occupants if deemed necessary.

NO daily housekeeping. Extra amenities are available upon request. (Please note: only basic amenities are provided)

Any excessive cleaning required over and above our normal cleaning standards, will incur an applicable charge, either by the hour or paid professional services. This includes spillages, soilage, excretions and/or any unacceptable matter left behind.

Any Damages or Loss/Theft of equipment from your room will be charged at replacement value.
